The vendor had located the breaking point and repaired the fiber. The link has been up since 2023-05-16 04:15:00 EDT. The technician has left the site. No more outages are expected.

A major fiber cut in the Montreal region has caused this extended outage. Our fiber vendor is still working on repairing the fiber. No ETA at this moment.
