An unnoticed configuration error resulted in outage impacting the SRNET connection between Regina and Saskatoon

Multiple connected sites experienced connectivity issues to other sites on the R&E network, and problems with cloud and content delivery.

SRNET was quick to report the ongoing outage however the investigation and the required correction was not in place until after the service window had expired.  We were able to resolve and validate the configuration error was corrected shortly after 11amET.

Regina router migration and validation has been completed.  If experiencing ongoing service outage please reach out to noc@canarie.ca
