A failed amp between Toronto - Chicago has been replaced. Work has concluded and the entire optical system has been optimized successfully.  No further outage is expected. Thanks for your patience.

The technician will be on-site in 30 mins to replace the failed amp. Updates to follow.

We have RMAed the failed Amp. A technician has been assigned to replace the part at Jan 7 2021, 19:00 PM EST.

There is currently an outage on our Toronto - Chicago link.  We are investigating the issue. A failed AMP card is suspected to be the  reason for this outage.
