The fiber splicing work has been finished and the circuit was restored at 04:08:47 UTC, January 14, 2021.

All affected network services have been restored.

The provider's repair crew will start the splicing at the other end soon. The ETR is 23:00 to 23:30 EST, January 13.

Fiber cut is the root cause of the outage. Our provider's repair crew is on site to splice the fiber.

Our Toronto - MANLAN link is experiencing an outage  since 17:09:13 UTC. The reason is unknown and the provider has been aware of it. Inverstigatio is going on, update will be sent out as soon as information becomes abailable.
