Confirmation of service restoration received.  Closing ticket.

Carrier has resolved equipment issue.  Receiving Burlington equipment MAC on the CANARIE equipment in Toronto now.

I expect services have been restored to site.

Carrier has identified issue on equipment mid-path between Toronto - Hamilton as the source of ongoing outage.  

They are working to restore.  No known ETR.

Carrier is reporting that fiber break has been repaired however I do not see connectifity to Burlington restored.  Continuing to troubleshoot.

Technicians found root of issue is drop of incoming light levels.  The source of the drop has been identified and they are working to resolve.  

The expectation is that services will be restored today however no specific ETR is yet know.

Rogers dispatch is working on scheduling Burlington site visit.

Will update when dispactch arrival time is known.

ECONET has reported service on circuit 10108CS04-EC-TORO1-MTRL2 went down at 9:37amET.

Toronto - Montreal path has been verified, and we see connection on the Montreal side but not the Toronto side.  Last mile between Toronto - Burlington is being investigated.
