A lumbermill 20km outside of Vernon had a fire impacting the pole supporting the fiber. Fiber was extensively damaged.

Fiber provider has assigned someone from fiber support to review Kamloops site activity yesterday. We have reviewed fiber patch positions with the assigned individual. Waiting on dispatch order for OTDR tech to shoot fiber at Kamloops CO.
No larger outage was identified by fiber provider.
