The fiber issues have been solved at 18:32:08 EST. The 100G circuit is restored and back in service. All affetcetd network services are back in service.

The rpovider's fiber team has identified spare fibers and are in the process of testing them and then services from damaged fiebrs will be rolled onto the good working fibers. Updates will be sent out as soon as information becomes available.

The provider's repair team has identified 2 issue on the Fiber on 2 different location and the team has been on site working at the moment, splicing has not started yet, more update to follow.

The provider confirmed the outage was caused by a major fiber issue. The provider's repair team is working on it now, no ETR is given currently, Updates will be sent out as soon as information becomes available.

The Toronto - MANLAN, New York 100G circuit went down at the time noted above.  The circuit remains down since then. Provider has been contacted for the reason.
