Services were restored last night and have been running stable over night.

Technician is working on fiber repair. Services are expected to be restored at between 10:30pm - 11pm EDT

Repair work is in progress. The frozen ground is imposing negative effect on accessing the damaged underground fiber. No ETA at the moment.

Technicians are on site. They are looking into the damaged fiber and starting the recovery procedure. No ETA for the moment.

Vendor reported the fiber cut is in the city of Rimouski and the fiber was damaged by a train accident. Restoration team is on the way. No ETA at this moment. More updates to follow.
