The optical network was restored at 22:45:45 EDT, May 7. Power outage of the amplifier site at Raith, ON. was the root cause.  All affected network services are restored and in service.

The optical network Winnipeg-Thunder Bay went down at the time noted above. The reason is unknown and the provider has been contacted.
