The fiber was restored at 08:39:50 EDT. Again, we are still waiting for the provider to confirm the fiber repair work has been done and no further outage is expected.

The carrier provider is continuing working on this morning. ETR is still not available at this time.

The optical network between Kamloops and Vernon went down at the time noted above. Fiber cut is suspected and the carrier provider has been contacted.
