The upgrade has been completed and functionality has returned back to previous standards. Please reply to this email if you are facing any ongoing issues past this time point.

We are beginning the upgrade work now. As mentioned, we are expecting an outage during this time.

We will be performing router software upgrade at the listed time window that will impact all of our layer 2 VPN, layer 3 VPN, and IP services going through Saskatoon router.
