Amp card in North Bend has been reseated.  Services appear to have been restored.  We are holding the case open for 48 hour to monitor.

The optical network between North Bend and Basque, BC is experiencing an outage started at the time noted above. The North Bend card is scheduled for replacement today and is likely the root cause.

 

The following network services are being affected:

VNCV1-CLGR2-02(200G)

VNCV1-KMLP2-03(BCNET 200G)
