Proper function of the Fredericton router hardware has been validated by vendor. Paths exhibiting the majority of instability have been deactivated however the remaining circuits are also experiencing degradation, but to a lessener degree. Extreme weather conditions a suspected to be a contributing factor and we are continuing to monitor.
