The fibre has been restored at 19:09:40 EST. All the affected network services are restored and back in service.

The OTDR testing has been done and the position of the fiber cut has been located. A fiber repair team will be dispatch to the cut site to repair the fiber. No ETR is given currently.

The fiber provider has dispatch a technician to do OTDR testing from the Montreal site. updates will be sent out as soon as info becomes available.

A fibre cut is suspected to one segment of our fibre in Montreal . Fibre vendor has been engaged to troubleshoot and pinpoint the issue.  Updates will be sent out as soon as the info becomes available.
