The service disruption occurred due to the misconfiguration of routing policies. The network team has been configuring new backbone routers for the past week, some routing polices were mistakenly implemented, resulting in a routing loop that caused disruptions to the CDS service. The earliest report of a routing anomaly was yesterday July 6 around 18:00 ET, majority of the reports were coming in around noon EDT today. We have rectified the configuration issue, and all services have been restored.
