Issue with the interface has been resolved by local access.

Services should be restored now.

Site access has been arranged and work on the hardware will begin within the next hour.

Outage is ongoing due to site access issue.  We are working with site to obtain access as soon as possible but no time is yet known.

Services between the two Winnipeg sites have been flapping.  Reboot of equipment stabilized the circuit however the one of the ports have remained down.  The following services remain down and we are investigating:
