the card(slot 3) was rebooted warm/cold, but alarm persists. A support case has been opened with the Ciena Support.

One of the SRA cards of RLS node at Golden is experiencing an issue and needs to be restarted. The restart will be service affecting and up to 30 minutes outage will be expected.
