Work with vendor in Golden has concluded. Service has been restored and we are now hands off.
Due to schedule issue, The fiber clean and/or card replacement will be schedule to Tuesday, August 8, 12:30pm local time.
Further trouble-shooting processes have been done by the vendor support engineer. It is determined that fiber cleaning and/or card replacement are needed. An Equipment Request case and an Engineer Dispatch request have been arranged by the Vendor. The maintenance window is scheduled on Monday, August 7 at 10:00am local time.
There is an on-going outage for the ROADM network between Golden and Glacier due to a faulty card replacement. The Vendor support is working on the case now. No ETR is available currently.
