Services have been restored. RFO is unknown however contacts have informed multiple downtown Winnipeg services were disrupted during the same time window.

Connection between NRC located at 435 Ellice Winnipeg and Canarie is currently down. The Canarie equipment has no incoming light which may indicate a fiber break. We will reach out to fiber provider for troubleshooting.
