Fiber performed by carrier has been completed.  Services have been restored.  Of note, quite a lot of this span continues to be under risk due to regional fires.

Transport team has confirmed that the outage is ongoing due to fire activities in the region.  Two major carriers are involved in underlying resource repairs.  All clients on this span are impacted and we are assured that the level of effort to resolve is appropriate.
