There are some issues within the MCP system which caused the provisioning failed at the route calculation. A support case has been opened with the Ciena support regarding the MCP issues.

A maintenance window will be rescheduled to provision the 400G wavelength after the MCP issues have been solved.  

A maintenance window has been scheduled to  provision 400G wavelength between Vancouver and Calgary over the Western ROADM network. There will be no service affecting for all the network services between Vancouver and Calgary. Please contact noc@canarie.ca if you observe any issues for your services during and after the maintenance window.
