The circuit provider's OSP team is currently working in Hamilton, Canada, to resolve circuits that are still down due to a fiber issue on the Canadian side. Despite efforts, connectivity remains disrupted because of a fiber cut on the US side. The circuit provider's US team is addressing the outage, and further updates will follow.

The provider has located the fibre cut  in Hamilton, ON. The provider Outside Plant group will send a crew to look at it. No ETA for now.

The 100G circuit between Toronto-New York is currently down and the service provider is seeing a fibre facility down between Toronto and Buffalo. The provider has sent techs out in Toronto to investigate the fiber.  more updates to come.
