The provider has technicians on site with no ETR other than EOD. 

Due to the nature of the break, maintenance will need to be performed after services are restored that may result in minor impacts. We will be in touch about the window of work after the services have been restored.

There was a broken power cable at the location of the break. The provider has been working with the municipality to get access to the site, and have people on route to investigate. no ETR at this time.

The circuit provider crew continues to work on restoring the circuits that are still down. Additionally, there is a fiber cut on the US side, which may affect our customers impacted by this outage. Further updates on the outage on the Canadian side will be provided.

The 100G circuit between Toronto-New York is currently down and the service provider is seeing a fibre break in a remote location along the fibre span. The provider has sent techs out to investigate and splice the fiber.  more updates to come.
