Circuit has been restored and is running error free.  Circuit provider is still performing splice work.  Will close ticket when site has been cleared.

The provider has informed us that an agreement has been reached with the hydro companies and that work can begin Wednesday, the 22 of May, in the morning, with the work expected to take 6-8 hours.

Current ETR is between 11:00 and 14:00 EDT on that day.

The Provider has located the fibre outage in relation to a fibre cut on a high tension power line. Local hydro companies have been contacted to provide support in accordance with safety standards, and active communication is on-going.

No ETR as of yet, continuing to monitor.

We are currently experiencing an outage on one of our fibre spans between Toronto and New York reducing our capacity. The provider has been contacted and it has been linked to a larger scale outage in the area. They are currently investigating the issue.

Services should not be impacted at this time. Please contact us if there are any observed service impacts.
