The power outage at Wolseley was caused by failed DC rectifier which had been replaced.

The Wolseley site in SK was experienced a power outage which affected the optical network between Regina and Winnipeg. The network traffic was re-routed automatically during the outage time. There was no network service affected by the outage.
The power outage stopped at 15:02EDT. The reason is unknown and the site host has been contacted.
