Reminder that in three days time, CANARIE will be performing maintenance in Montreal.

As noted in the previous ticket, our new router at MANLAN allows us to localize the BGP sessions, eliminating the need for two separate BGP sessions at MANLAN. As a result, the following duplicate BGP sessions will be decommissioned during Montreal Core router migration.
