The outage was initiated by a fallen tree that damaged both electric and fibre lines. The damage occurred to circuit provider's aerial cable where it crossed the road, resulting in the severance of the fibre and the disruption of services. Right now, damaged fibre span was completely replaced and spliced. All services are restored. Ticket closed.
