A faulty card on Exshaw RLS node was the cause of the outage. A cold restart was performed on the faulty card which put the faulty card into normal operational mode. The outage was also cleared at the same time. The optical network between Lake Louise and Exshaw, AB. is restored, all the affected network services are back in service.
