The circuit provider has completed the fibre splice. Connectivity between Winnipeg and Thunder Bay is now restored. Ticket closed.

There is fiber cut between Keewatin and Vermillion Bay, ON which has brought down our link between Winnipeg and Thunderbay.  Fiber vendor has been notified. Technician has been dispatched by the vendor.
