The fiber is restored at 23:22 EDT. The optical network between Moose Jaw and Chaplin came back on line. The network traffic between Calgary and Regina is restored back to the primary path. We are monitoring the optical network between Moose Jaw and Chaplin closely for the next 8 hours.

The provider informed there is a fiber cut between Chaplin, SK and Moose Jaw, SK. and techs are already on site working towards restoration. ETR is around 21:30MDT.  Update will be sent out as soon as info becomes available.

the optical network between Moose Jaw and Chaplin, SK is experiencing an outage. Fiber cut is suspected and the provider has been contacted. The network traffic between Regina and Calgary is automatically rerouted.
