The fibre was identified as completely broken.

Our services have been migrated onto another fibre while repairs are being arranged.

Our connection between Halifax and St.Johns has gone down. The provider has reported that a boat anchor has impacted the fibre and that has lead to degradation.
Techs will be on site in roughly 2 hours to assess the damage. No ETR at this time.
