The fiber repair has been finished. All the affected services are restored.

The provider's fiber repair team is on site fixing the fiber. ETR is not available currently.

The provider's repair team is on the way to the fiber cut site. ETR is still not available. Updates will be sent out as soon as info becomes available.

The OTDR test is done and the fiber cut has been located. The provider's repair team is notified and is preparing for the fiber repair. No ETR is given currently. Updates will be send out as soon as info becomes available.

The fiber provider has dispatched a tech to the site for OTDR testing. The ETA is 14:00 EDT.
