The circuit provider conducted emergency maintenance which was the root cause of circuit instability. The work was not fully successful, and some clients remain affected. To address this, additional maintenance has been scheduled for today, starting at 9:00 PM and continuing potentially until November 9 morning.

Since today’s morning (Nov 8, 3:35 am EST) we observing instability of the circuit linking CANARIE’s equipment in University of Victora and NRC Herzberg (5071 West Saanich Rd, Victoria, BC). The root cause of these events currently unknown. No ETR at this time.
