The provider informed that a fiber break in the St. John's area affecting all services. ETR is currently not available at this time, all parties have been engaged and are actively trying to have the fiber repaired as soon as possible.

the 10G circuits Halifax - St. John's and Charlottetown-St. John's went down at the time noted above. The reason is unknown and the provider has been contacted. network traffic to St. John's ACORN-NL is re-routed automatically to the 10G back up path from St. John's to Halifax.
