The short-term link capacity reduction was caused by an issue during a third-party provider's change management process, which has since been resolved.

Circuit capacity has been restored. The circuit provider has not yet provided a reason for the incident.

Service provider has been notified and currently investigating. No ETR at this moment.

Currently, we are experiencing a reduction in capacity on the link between Toronto and New York. More details will be provided in subsequent updates. No ETR is available at this moment.
