The fiber was restored at 05:22:29 EST. All the affected network services are back in service.

ETR was changed due to unforeseen circumstances. Fibre repair team will arrive at the site around 8pm EST.

We are experiencing multiple loss of fiber between Winnipeg and Toronto. Traffic is rerouted using backup paths. No ETR at this moment.
