Circuit have been restored, however remains unstable due to a newly exposed major problem in circuit provider infrastructure.

Circuit is up since 12:26 EST. Circuit provider investigating the roos cause of the outage. Ticket remains opened until further verification.

Currently, we are experiencing an outage between Winnipeg, MB and Sudbury, ON. Traffic is rerouted using backup path. No ETR or RFO at this moment.
