The two NRC Victoria connections are restored at 14:00EDT. The reason for the outage is still unknown.

The connections to NRC HIA(Victoria) and NRC Herzberg(Victoria) sites are experiencing an outage. We are investigating  the cause. Update will be sent out as soon s info becomes available.
