The power has been restored to the site. The optical network is up. Network services have been restored.

 The provider confirmed that there is a power outage for the site.  They are waiting for the BC power company to restore the power to the site. No ETR is given currently.

The North Bend RLS site is having a power issue which caused the optical network outage between Vancouver and Kamloops. The provider has been contacted. Updates will be sent out as soon as info becomes available.
