The faulty card has been replaced. All affected network services are restored.
With the vendor's support, a faulty card has been identified in the optical network equipment in Vancouver. Replacement has been arranged and will be shipped to the Vancouver site. No ETA is given currently, update will be sent out as soon as info becomes available.
We are observing an ongoing outage on the path between Vancouver - Kamloops - Calgary. More details will be shared in next updates.
