The fiber was restored and the optical network has been running stable since then. All affected network services are back online.

The provider informed that they are aware of the fiber outage in area right now and field team is on site for investigation.  ETR is not available currently.

The fiber span between Doaktown and Miramichi, NB is experiencing an outage. The provider has been contacted.
