For the optical network between Ottawa and Toronto, an amplifier card was rebooted to clear alarms and restore normal operation. The reboot caused an outage of up to 30 seconds, during which connectivity to Starlight was interrupted. Backbone traffic was automatically rerouted, and the following services experienced an outage. The reboot has been completed, and the optical network is now running stably. All affected services have been restored.
