Fiber flapping happened few seconds and is now stable.

A fiber disruption has resulted in an outage affecting connectivity between Ottawa-Toronto and Montreal toward Chicago Starlight. Backbone traffic was automatically rerouted, and the following services were affected. After the fiber disruption,  all the affected network services are restored and in service. The provider has been contacted, RFO is pending.
