Fiber is restored. Crew is still working to continue splicing to restore services. Splicing of one 144 count fibre cable has been completed. The crews continue to splice the remaining cables. Transport has noted additional nodes have recovered. CSO Tier 2 team is monitoring for customer services to restore.
